We have spent time on developing an easy to use and understandable system in order for you to get your printing done hassle free.
How to order online
1. Select the products you would like to buy.

2. Once all your products are in the basket press the 'continue' button.

3. Upload your files onto our server. Select the 'upload documents button'.

4. A popup screen appears. In the File Name box, type in your company name followed by the file name. Then click the browse button. Another popup will appear showing the files on your PC. Fine the file that you'd like to send us and click 'open'. Then click the 'upload' button.

5. Follow step 4 over and over until all your files are uploaded. When all your files are uploaded click "Click here when all your files have been uploaded'.
6. The popup box will appear and you will be taken back to the order screen. Click on the 'click here to continue' when you've finished uploading your files for your products.

7. Fill in your details. Include both your billing details and your delivery details. They can be different addresses if you wish as we don't have to post your products to the address on your billing card.
Select your payment option. If you don't have an account with us you must pay by credit or debit card. If you select the Telephone option you must call us on 0800 043 7250 to make your payment to speed up your order. Quite often our lines are busy so please leave a message and we will get back to you.
Once you select your payment option click 'Continue.'

7. Confirm the order by pressing the 'Checkout' button.

8. If you are paying by credit or debit card you will be taken to the PayPal secure terminal. If you have a PayPal account login the usual way.
If you don't have a PayPal account click the Continue button just above all the card companies.

9. Pay by credit or debit card. Fill in all your details including your card number and then click 'Review Order and Continue'. This is a secure service provided by PayPal.

10. Confirm the order in PayPal. Your order with printmeit.com will now be confirmed.
E-mail ordering The majority of people who use printmeit.com place their orders via email. If you'd like to do it this way simply email us your artwork, we will check that it meets print standards and then email you back to confirm.
Order by mail Would you like to order by mail and send us either a cheque or postal order with your print ready artwork on a CD. If you are sending a postal order we recommend you send it recorded delivery in case it gets lost in the post. If it is your first order cheques must clear before we can process your order which can take 3-5 working days longer depending on your bank.
Order by telephone You can also order over the telephone by calling us on 0191 580 2000. You can pay over the telephone using your credit or debit card. From here you can either send us your print ready artwork either by the website, via email to info@printmeit.com or sending a CD through the post.
Making your payment You can make your payment in five ways;
Online - Use our online ordering system to pay by credit or debit card.
Telephone - Simply call us on 0800 043 7250 to make your payment.
Mail - You can send a cheque or postal order to printmeit.com limited, c/o TalentStar, The Venue, Morrison Road, Annfield Plain, County Durham. DH9 7RX. Please make cheques or postal orders made payable to printmeit.com limited.
Bank transfer - you can make a money transfer to our Barclays business account. Please email us at info@printmeit.com to request our bank details.
If you are paying by cheque or doing a bank transfer the payment must be cleared before we can send the job to print.
Once payment is made Once your payment has been made we will send you an email to confirm your order.
