The common question that arises when you want a business card design is - what information should I put on my cards? The purpose of a business card is for people to know who you are and have your contact information at hand.

• Your name and any major qualifications.
• Your business position (ie Director, Administrator etc).
• All your contact information that you want people to know (ie office telephone number, fax number, email address, postal address.
• Your company logo.
• Your company strap line.
• A line outlining your services.

You will often give business cards out at events where many other people will be handing out theirs too. See your business card as a selling point for your business so you should make it stand out. Full colour is the way to go and for a little bit extra you can have your cards double sided too. See your business cards as the same as flyer printing but a smaller advertisement.
