We'd like to thank the local communiuty for helping us raise £70 for Willow Burn Hospice in June through our waste paper recycling.
Willow Burn is a hospice offering palliative care in a friendly and supportive environment in which everyone feels welcome.
Having supported the charity for a number of years, we decided to boost to launch our recycling fundraising in 2017.
Managing Director Adam Chetter said; "This is such an easy way of making money for charity without doing much work."
"We are paid every month to save our cardboard and waste paper. We invite people to drop off their recycling to us as this will boost our fundraising."
We welcome collection of waste paper, including newspapers and books, to our office in Annfield Plain.
To date over £350 has been raised for the charity.
Newspapers and flat cardboard can be dropped off at our office in Annfield Plain, Stanley between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
